At Access Total Fitness, our goal is to give our community a convenient and comfortable place to work towards their fitness and life goals. With 24 hour access and a wide variety of workout and weightlifting equipment we hope to give our members all of the tools they need to achieve greatness.

We offer a wide range of programs that cater to different fitness levels and goals. From strength training and cardio to balance and endurance. We also offer athletic training specified for the sport or event you may be training for. Individualized training for all level of athletes, we offer something for everyone.
